I keep reminding myself that baby steps, one after the other, will lead to growth, and that I won’t be able to incorporate everything all at once. But I get impatient. I want massive change right now, but will have to settle for gradual improvements. On the bright side, for as long as I’m a teacher, I’ll always have room to grow. 🙂

I too find the MTBoS to be exciting and full of greatness but struggle to find it to be a fluid part of my classroom. I too have a vision of what I would like my classroom but struggle to make it a daily thing. As a side note I am working with a student teacher this trimester and I feel an extra sense of urgency to figure this out so as to mentor him.
